The blades of these knives are handmade from high quality German Carbon steel. Because of the properties of Carbon steel and the right tempering, the blade will stay sharp for a long time and when needed it is easy to sharpen. The handles are made from layers of Birch bark which makes it not only very strong but it also feels good in your hand. The knife fits snuggly into a sheath made of vegetable tanned leather.
